Shivalik Engineered Products (SEPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd. SEPL was originally formed as a joint venture with Checon Corporation in 2006 and was known as Checon Shivalik Contact Solutions until 2021.
